I called during operating hours and no one answered. I arrived during operating hours and could not find anyone to help. The sign on the door said open, but no one was around so I called again. No answer. I left and then they charged me a gas charge when I left the truck with the same amount of gas inside. I was also told, by the website I had to use to turn the truck in, that I would be contacted within 72 hours by phone with any additional charges and I was not. I did not realize I had been charged until I saw an additional charge on my credit card.

The man was very unfocused, more concerned with the phone calls he was receiving on his personal cell phone, and not speeding along my process...meanwhile I was sitting there waiting to leave with my truck.

Had an “open” sign on sliding glass window but was clearly not open. Below the open Saigon had a ghetto hand-written sign that said “any questions call this number” with number listed. We called number several times before actually getting in touch with someone. It is ok to close on weekends, but don’t list open and not actually be open or available for customer calls.

Between reservation at Federico's and pickup/drop off at North Ridge Mini Storage, could not have gone smoother... Both sites extremely helpful...great experience at these locations
