This return station was un manned with no visible instruction on where to park unit. Had to call the UHaul number on my paper work and she was very helpful explaining how to proceed. Found an area around back off to the side where other returns were parked. I would suggest that North Ridge install some signage on how to proceed with a drop off when not manned. Overall great experience though. I've used UHaul in the past & will continue to use when needed. Great company with a exceptional value. Thank you
