Put a message on fuel gage that you don't reimburse . Stop that practice. I hope you det a lawsuit.

Ed F.The gas station owner said I hadn't paid which led me to call headqtrs. They spoke to him and clarified I had paid. He handed me a bunch of blankets and pointed me to truck. The back was open. I had to really work at getting door to close and to secure it. I am 63 and in good shape, but short, so it was not easy holding onto handle and closing door. I do not blame this man. He had nothing to do with uhaul. I found the calls to be more helpful, albeit different outcome depending on who I spoke with. All in all, I hope to not have to rent a moving truck for this purpose again. But I am glad I was able to use the truck for moving items from my deceased mom's home to my home in another state. It was disappointing to have to travel so far from my mom's home to pick up the truck, and that cost for gas, so it was a very expensive move. But again, I appreciate that I had the option to rent your truck, thanks
