How U-Haul Reviews WorkI booked a 2 day rental, but realized we accomplished everything in one day. I returned the unit the evening of day one. I attached a note to ask if I could be refunded the second day. I received no reply. A few days later, I was sent a final invoice charging me for the 2 days. I was disappointed that my request was never addressed.
Steve HI dropped it off after hours6
Nicholas HI don't think it is this specific locations problem, but my rental was given to me at 1/4 tank of gas and the appliance dolly was not available. They did give me a utility dolly though. Poor showing from Uhaul, not Hearn Enterprises.
Daniel RI would like to be refunded for the dolly and furniture pads that I paid for, but was not provided with upon pickup of the U-Haul. Please reach out to me via email or telephone.
