I booked a 2 day rental, but realized we accomplished everything in one day. I returned the unit the evening of day one. I attached a note to ask if I could be refunded the second day. I received no reply. A few days later, I was sent a final invoice charging me for the 2 days. I was disappointed that my request was never addressed.

Nicholas HI don't think it is this specific locations problem, but my rental was given to me at 1/4 tank of gas and the appliance dolly was not available. They did give me a utility dolly though. Poor showing from Uhaul, not Hearn Enterprises.
Daniel RI would like to be refunded for the dolly and furniture pads that I paid for, but was not provided with upon pickup of the U-Haul. Please reach out to me via email or telephone.
