Dwayne PThis location was fine, however, I booked my reservation at a location for a local move that was only a mile from my home. The day before my reservation, I was called by a U-haul agent, changing my pickup to a location that was 10 miles from my home. When I asked if I could return the truck to my booked location, I was told I would be charged an additional fee because I was changing the drop off location. This certainly was not convenient for me. To make matters worse, there were two trucks the size I ordered at the location I made my reservation, that sat there the entire duration of my order, which was three days. In my opinion, this is not a very good business practice, and the next time I need to rent a vehicle, I will look elsewhere.
