The drop off in Cloquet MN was difficult. We had to call someone to process the return of the U-Haul.
STEPHEN HHowever This pick up location was over an hour and a half away from my selected pick-up point. It cost an extra $50 fuel costs because of the extra distance to where I needed the U-Haul, and an extra 3 hours of travel time to pick it up. My daughter and I were in the midst of packing, cleaning and organizing the move out when we were notified of this 3 hour interruption the afternoon before the move. We had hoped for an early driving start in order to miss rush hour in Minneapolis, but because of this added 3 hours, we had to drive through Minneapolis during the worst of the traffic. This added another hour to your already 8 hour trip. This was definitely the worst experience I have had with renting a U-Haul. If there were not truck available in the immediate vicinity, I should not have been able to rent the U-Haul. Since I was able to rent one, one should have been held for my use.
