Was great to see the rental lot all cleared of snow at 8am after the snow storm the day before. Courteous and friendly staff. Only suggestion would be to have help to hook up the trailer as a second pair of eyes and hands are helpful.

The reservation process is terrible. My pickup location changed 3 times with no guarantee there would be a truck available. Puts a lot of unneeded stress on to an already stressful situation.
DONALD HI had a confirmed reservation for a 24’ truck which wasn’t honored-I was given a very small truck which required two trips. There was no windshield wiper fluid. Terrible experience.
