We have rented a few times before from U-Haul and have always a great experience with your vehicles. To improve I would have to say Make it a little easier to get a hold of the proper person when you need to for questions about billing etc. Thank You
michele sI had set everything up and finished my rental on my phone for my reservation, all I had to do was get the keys from the employee inside the building. He made me wait 20 minutes for his boss to come because he didn't even look and see that the rental was complete.He thought I was trying to rent one even though I told him I was finished and just needed the keys. It was ridiculous, and took time out of my reservation that I had paid for. I will never pick up from this location again.
Briar CI originally selected another location because they said they were open on Sundays. They were not. I had to switch around all of my plans and was very upset. Please correct the dates and times on the internet.
Lisa HReceived hometown service at this location. Not to reflect on this location, but I agreed to a certain drop off location. Uhaul changed the location to a place an hour or more away from my home. This was not acceptable or convenient. I found this to be distressing in addition to my move. I was allowed to drop it off at this location which was very convenient.
