Service center called and advised me that they can help me back the trailer in the necessary spot, they were great with keeping in touch considering we drove from Alabama. Everything was great and will recommend again!!

Very easy drop-off folks were friendly and helpful

MICHAEL BVery nice person. Willing to pay for the mistake made in TN from his own pocket. Was willing to let us drop off early but would not be there to check the rental for damages. Therefore I had to hold it until Monday. Could have dropped off on Saturday.
Glenn LTruck had no gas in it which was highly annoying. When did this policy change? I’ve always filled the tank before drop off. I have found no Uhaul representative at any location helpful.
