Traffic Department split up my initial reservation due to equipment availability. When contacting this location directly the representative indicated that he could have the car hauler sent to his location for me. He repeatedly told me that he would call me back t o confirm but never followed through. On the day I was to pickup he acted like he couldn't do anything and when speaking with the other UHAUL dealer they indicated this person was wrong and didn't know what he was promising. When it was time to pickup the truck, nobody was even onsite and so I had to navigate the UHAUL app on my phone to complete my own pickup. Made worse by the terrible location and poor cellular service it took me more than 20 minutes just to complete my own pickup.

Nothing needed. You have a nice little shed/office there that does the job. If anything, as a customer, I would love to see a refer with some cold water in it as it was close to 100 degrees when I was there.
