The experience was wonderful except for two things: 1) The office looks like a dungeon and is very unappealing. Uhaul really needs to at least invest in some overhead lighting. That alone would make this office look so much nicer. Why do you treat your employees this way??? I want to make sure you understand that this comment is not about the place being clean. It's about Uhaul not showing their customers that they care about every step of the rental process. How the office looks and the environment it provides for doing business says a lot about a company. It is clear that Uhaul does not spend any money to make this location inviting for its customers and employees. Please fix this. 2) The computer lag is unacceptable.
