Do not schedule an over the counter appointment. Sole proprietor of location (Rooney’s Motors) was not there. This location has no service, which made the online U-Haul experience unbearable. It took over an hour at pick-up and drop off to upload the required pictures. The locks on key boxes are also extremely difficult to open. If you choose this location, bring sunblock. There is no shade. Horrible, horrible U-Haul experience.

JOSE FThe cellular service at the location is extremely poor and I have Xfinity cellular which is better than most providers and it was very difficult to complete the sign out and return on the phone because I kept losing the signal while completing the on line forms. There was only one area on the property where I could get cell service and it was a distance from the truck so every time I had to go take a picture of the truck I’d get disconnected. Took over half an hour each time and I got soaked during thunderstorm standing in the only place to get a signal.
