This location was wonderful. I called ahead to get help because this was my first time at the U Haul location. They explained everything to me clearly and made sure that I was able to have a safe trip. I would like to recommend the U Haul facility someday.

I feel like the truck I rented maybe needed an oil change or something, it took a lot to get it back to where the gas was but the truck was clean and the service was excellent.

This is the worst company I've ever used! They are very unprofessional and overcharge people thinking there's nothing wrong with that. The manager at the Pawtucket location threatened me saying it's not his problem to tell me the policy terms and conditions. They took my deposit and took extra money out of my account when I didn't allow it. They will not reimburse my money after constantly calling in, getting hung up on by their agents. And Thomas Snell emailed me about my complaint saying" Let me add that I do not discount your comments regarding store behavior. The Company president will be notified and will address with location manager. Sincerely" I have proof I Was overcharged. I can't believe this! Please don't use Uhall! Use a friend.

Went to return trailer on the Friday so we could unload truck was pouring out Went in to ask gentleman how to go about it he was on his cell on a personal call and said bring it around back and have him unhook it meaning my friend I asked him to explain he would not even go outside stayed on phone and made my friend come near door and again told him to unhook it and leave it in back I went in and said ok I am not comfortable leaving it without a receipt he said you will get when when you bring truck I said ok what if something happens he said thats what we have cammeras for I just feel that was terrible The place in New Mexico was very helpful they hooked it up outside of not disclosing information they helped as much as possible this man was just outright rude and I will not work with him again If this is how you treat paying customers then its just not a good way of business and my aunt who was looking for a company I will pass this on to her Also still don't have a final receipt called 3 times today Please have someone contact me at 401-286-7205

Terrible experience with online reservation. When I changed the reservation online, I selected that I needed the truck for 10 hours. Apparently it defaulted to 6 hours. The confirmation email did not mention date or time. The link took me to a page that mentioned date and time of reservation but not duration. By the time I picked up the truck, I only had 4 hours to use it, with no grace period.

The young man who helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. He was very professional and knew his stuff. I couldn’t believe how quickly he processed our paperwork and he answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. I will definitely use U-haul again and will highly recommend U-haul to friends and family. Great service!!! Thank you!

Have the one employee to at least be able to multi task, not let the person stand waiting while trying to drop off truck for 20min.and then tell me I can go outside and wait another 10mins.and mind you said this with attitude. He could have looked up when I was inside and said dropping off? You wait outside, I am not a mind reader and my time is just as important as uhaul. Extremely unorganized

The only issue wasn’t one the staff could control — the computer system was experiencing a severe slowdown, which meant it took almost thirty minutes for it to process my reservation. But the staff were very helpful.

Make sure the truck actually has a ramp that functions as our ramp was broken and was dangerous to use. Also ensure that the cabin doesn't reek of weed. Very disappointed with the truck and will be seeking some sort of refund as this was the worst U-haul experience I have had. The only positive was I had a nice individual check me in when I originally picked up the truck.

Storage manager Corey , was extremely rude , when i was questioning bill. They stated i didn’t put the gas back to the level i recieved it at . Which is wrong and probably did so because i said he was rude . Employee wouldn’t give me Corey’s last name and put me on hold and hung up . I’ve always rented from this location , and had a good experience. This time was a complete fail and will never get my business . Also charged me for a dolly i didn’t use . Also when speaking to cooperate they advised they only charged me a second charge by mistake and they actually owe me 8$ , will follow up later after speaking to customer service to see if anything changes including my attitude towards this company site .

I got to the store 5 to 7 mins before closing time and the doors where locked with employees looking at you and ignoring you. What if I was a customer trying to rent a u haul last minute, then you would have lost a customer. Don't get me wrong the staff was curtious when I was renting the truck, but not so helpful when returning it.

Check trucks for damage instead of waiting for me to point out damage to you. If you promise to take moving blankets off a bill, remove them instead of leaving me to deal with it again later.
