Don't charge for gas when customer returns with same amount as received and respond to Claims when created. It's been 2 months without response.

I asked if I could leave my car at the pickup location to be there when I returned. The agent said yes but neglected to inform me that the drop off location was elsewhere. In fact, she never pointed that out. Based on my conversation about my car, I think it was reasonable to assume that I was coming back to the same location. Big mistake. Check the contract, customers, don't rely on Uhaul for correct guidance.

I personally have not had any problems with the equipment, l dont know if this is new protocol but, when I rented a motorcycle trailer I didn't and don't ecspect to be asked what yr, make and model I am moving, when I rent a moving van which yes I have, no one asks me what kind of furniture or personal items I am putting in the van, for me, with all the invation of privacy going around I found the question invasive, and finally, while checking out I did not appreciate being checked out in the parking lot on an enployee's cell phone with an app that has my credit card info, I will continue using compass storage/u-haul where this has not happened, I used this pawtucket R.I. Location do to the lack of equipment being send to smaller sublet companies that u-haul uses.

Most management and janitorial Staff was Abrupt, rude, unaccommodating, purposely getting in the way to look in units and or make comments about contents of our stuff while on the phone with a unknown individual, started to speak in another language to purposely be secretive as (me)customer says excuse me....because employee refused to unscatter their working(cleaning items were blocking path and created a tripping hazard) equipment so i may pass, condescending, superficial to certain individuals, extraordinarily biast. The business needs customers should remind staff of why they are having a job. I will never come back to this uhual...my whole moving experience costed me 325.00...i will bring that to another location. Also..one night in storage and i see a damn huge cockroach. Definately not from my stuff...nd i am so disappointed

The employees were very unprofessional, disrespectful, as well as thieves. I had returned the truck and realized about 20 minutes later that I forgot my wallet. By the time I called and came in they gave me my wallet back with $100 missing. I asked about it and they got extremely disrespectful. I will never again use this company.

Truck chugged and made a lot of noises. Back door was very difficult to close. We had three stops. Tow came on automatically when truck turned on, first time didn't know to shut it off, even more difficult. The UHAUL Staff above and top notch customer service orientated. I rented by calling in, 15 foot truck they didn't have it. I went with a 17 foot, the last one they had.

I went out of my way to travel to this city to drop off my truck and rent a storage because I was recommended about their great previous service. When I arrived, their was multiple employees but only one was working. Not only was he uncourteous, unwelcoming and unprofessional. But he was eating, while talking to us with a mouth full of food! It was disgusting. After we finished unloading the truck, we realized not one employee stated any information on where to leave the truck and if we were completely all set. We attempted to ask employees questions but they refused to help us let alone acknowledge us. They were completely ignoring us and walking away! After leaving, I decided to turn back, find somebody who was willing to actually help us just to make sure that the gas tank was hallway and we were all set. But than that's when the employee (with the mouth full of food) told us we'd be charged 60 dollars for driving over the milage limit, that we were not ever preciously told about! I left feeling shocked, inhumame, used and completely dissatisfied. I did not catch anybodies name but the entire staff that day appeared as though they were under the influence of some kind of substance. I recommend to upgrade, drug test and evaluate your staff. As for the public, avoid Uhual until further notice.

My only complaint was the attitude of the individual when I returned the trailer. This was the same gentleman who rented the trailer to me originally but with a different attitude. The facility closes at 7:00 PM. I arrived around 6:30 and was unhooking the trailer in the yard with another employee who inspected the trailer and handed me a slip to check out. By the time I returned to the desk (at about 6:50) the door was locked. The gentleman who helped me unhook the trailer let me in to check out. When I got to the desk, the gentleman who had originally rented the trailer to me a week earlier proceeded to lecture me about people who arrive at the last minute expecting a cordial response and why do they waste the day away and arrive at the last minute expecting to only pay for the trailer but not offer to also pay for his baby sitter. I didn't confront your employee but I was appalled with his attitude. Doesn't he realize that the facility that closes at 7:00 PM is also open until that time. This offended me but will not deter me from using U-Haul again. Your employee should be addressed. It speaks poorly for your organization which I know is better than that. I've rented trailers for many years with U-Haul and this is the first time I've encountered an issue.

Uhaul rented me a truck with the wire above the parking break cut, so that the parking break alarm sounded any time the truck was in drive. Constantly beeping throughout my move. a confusing signal. staff pulled the truck up, they must have heard it, but they didn't say anything just handed over the truck. when asked about it, they were like, 'oh yeah, you can just ignore that warning'.

The company never sent me my email confirming my pick up order and i had to call them back to fix their mistake. They also told me I could drop my vehicle off in the town I moved to (Waltham MA). When I called to drop my vehicle off they told me I could not drop it off their and have to drive to a location 30 minutes away. This was the worst experience with moving I have ever had and will be notifying everyone of it who ever mentions using UHaul. In addition no reimbursement was offered for this inconvenience that was 100% the companies fault.

Was having a tough move, raining, had an incodent I had to take care of. Was told,because, I brought it back late,that they reported the truck stolen! 300+ $ and all that harassment, not worth it. ....:(

If you order additional furniture pads, be sure to check for them before you leave. I discovered they were forgotten when I got to my destination.
