Donovan S.I think the UHaul reservation system has great weakness. I booked a vehicle to be picked up in Oliver BC. And the day before I received confirmation the vehicle was ready for me in Penticton. The location change came very close to a significant malevolent outcome. BUT, I need to say Prashil at the Maui Teahouse was exceptional in his genuine affection for providing authentic customer service. He went beyond the call of duty with helping me. He is a definite asset.
harry K.Uhaul in general was a nightmare to deal with there were several bookings all at different locations. After I had already booked with the Maui tea house location and when I told the other locations to cancel the bookings they didn't and called me again on the day I had already picked up the truck and trailer to ask why nobody had come to get the equipment. I was so frustrated by the end of it I decided to never use uhaul again. Maybe uhaul should get there computer system working properly so others don't have to have this terrible experience like I did.
