Carol A.The lady who helped us was not helpful at all and wasn't giving us the answers we needed. She started using her phone in the middle of helping us and she didn't even greet us when we walked in. When I was asking her questions she wouldn't give me a yes or no answer, rather a “mhm†which is extremely rude. There was another guy next to us who she was making conversation with very well and who she was being extremely nice to so I'm not understanding why she was treating us like that
