I reserved a truck online with a 12:30 pm pick-up time, when I get to that location, the app was asking me to scan the location barcode which I never found; I called customer service and I ended been transferred two times just to be told that it was my fault because I never contact Uhaul to confirm the reservation when I received an email confirming my reservation. Then when I returned the truck it charged me extra for using the dolly and blankets when the green seal was already broken when I started loading my belongings. Very disappointed. Never Uhaul again.
