Roger worked with us on the reservation to fit our time for pickup. Chuck, the owner, showed up as we were trying to navigate the app to pick up the truck. He walked us through it and helped us get our truck. He even extended our time without extra charge. We were very grateful but actually returned it early. Both men were extremely helpful and have great customer service skills. We will return to this location when we need another rental. 5 stars for this location!

The app would not work for me and also for another customer and luckily a U-Haul rep had to come to this location for something and if it hadn’t had been for him we would not have got the truck and my day would have been screwed.

JESUS RThe truck box was a bit dirty (trash and screws etc.) and the lock was very sticky which caused a slight delay to get it working.
RAYMOND DI had to sweep out the back of the truck before I started loading but other than that it was clean.
