Flawless drop-off process.



Have the truck I wanted, and booked, available. Even though I got a bigger truck (rented a 15 foot, and received a 20 foot) at the smaller truck rate, the location we were moving from, was a one way street, with limited parking. The bigger truck became an issue to pull in.

Great experience. I just didnt' receive the initial reservation as my email was entered incorrectly. So, I had to call another uhaul dealer as they were closed to verify my reservations. Maybe just double check, follow up receipt? thank you!

Tell your customers about the 'tow' feature and how to turn it off if you're not towing anything with one of your trucks. I would have saved gas.

Was a great experience, was a little slow getting checked in and key maybe FYI to person renting to allow 15 minutes to get key and verify truck mileage gas etc and to take pics. Also let know there will be no one there to assist with any issues during pick up and drop off on the weekend.

Their internet was out and when I called the app was not working. I wasted 1 hour trying to get my U-Haul which is not acceptable. The woman who was on the app requested information over and over and when I tried to reattempt because it timed out the app said that they were unable to give me a uhaul. My finance and I were almost unable to get our things out of our apartment by the due date, but someone was at the pick up site and was able to get his internet up after an hour and he rescheduled the reservation. I am now charge $230 for some reason when I was given a receipt for $186. I will be disputing this charge.
