My reservation was not set in their system and I got there for pickup after hours. I tried to do the self check in and pick up the truck but I kept getting a message saying I had no equipment reserved. I was on the phone with customer service who was very nice but was unable to help me get my rental. By the grace of God the assistant manager Jesus was still there putting away supplies and had to do something on their computer to make my reservation final. Had he not been there I would have driven an hour to pick up my reservation and been completely screwed!!!!

Have the trailer and the truck at the same location. ESPECIALLY when it's reserved a week in advance. Also, when the customer is upset please work on your customer service when someone it's paying $2000+ dollars and is already stressed about the move. I had the worst experience with this move and no one wanted to help. The equipment was new and clean but the experience was not worth the money spent.

It's clear that U-Haul has a policy of extracting as much money from customers as possible. 2 examples from a recent rental: 1 - Despite it being a flat rate for up to 24 hours, I was encouraged to set a short timerame for my pickup truck rental (6 hours, despite explaining that I would likely need more time) so that they could charge a late fee when I returned it later than what was listed on the contract (but still less than 24 hours). 2. Making me prepay for anticipated mileage and then not refunding the unused miles. Whether something specific to this particular facility or systemic within the U-Haul corporation, I can't say but watch yourself! Say a 24 hour rental and driving 0 miles!

The 1st problem was a system was down I guess citywide 2nd problems and please look happy that the system was down because they didn't have to work. I went to the one on front and hunting park then I would to fairhill fair Hill was a little bit better but front and huntingpark did not care at all. Front and hunting park had that go somewhere else attitude we don't wanna be bother..

Open up on time. Make sure if people call out of work that they have someone to take their place. I waited a hour to pick up a van. The one on duty had to use the maintenance man to help finds vehicles and check keys. Everyone was complaining about this location.

The truck was poorly maintained. It had a broken passenger side door handle and tie downs in the bed were broken. Additionally the pickup location was changed from where I made my reservation. This change not only added inconvenience, but also money as the pickup location was out of the way, adding miles to the trip. Charging by the mile and changing the pickup location is very unfair to your customers. The only reason 1 star is not given is that the service staff at the location were fast and not rude
