The 1st problem was a system was down I guess citywide 2nd problems and please look happy that the system was down because they didn't have to work. I went to the one on front and hunting park then I would to fairhill fair Hill was a little bit better but front and huntingpark did not care at all. Front and hunting park had that go somewhere else attitude we don't wanna be bother..

Open up on time. Make sure if people call out of work that they have someone to take their place. I waited a hour to pick up a van. The one on duty had to use the maintenance man to help finds vehicles and check keys. Everyone was complaining about this location.

The truck was poorly maintained. It had a broken passenger side door handle and tie downs in the bed were broken. Additionally the pickup location was changed from where I made my reservation. This change not only added inconvenience, but also money as the pickup location was out of the way, adding miles to the trip. Charging by the mile and changing the pickup location is very unfair to your customers. The only reason 1 star is not given is that the service staff at the location were fast and not rude

i reserved my truck for a location close to my home and they didnt have a truck and u haul changed y reservation without notifying me and as a result i had to pay for the additional iles to go where the truck was located

The equipment was good, pickup and drop off experience was smooth, but I was not notified of a change in address for the pickup location and time. Totally threw us off. When I originally made and confirmed the reservation with the representative, I was under another impression and planned around it. Please notify customers of change any changes ASAP. There was also a problem with the hitch not having the correct cable; we were sent to another location for the equipment, but they did not have it. There was a lot of back and forth between two locations because information had not been inputted correctly. We lost quite a few hours because of this.
