No one was in the office during my pick up time. Staff were running around toilet crazy not helping customers. Did not provide enough information while processing my pick up rental. And lastly my 26â€ rental uhaul was stuck behind another vehicle and the employees didn't know that and took forever to assist with getting the vehicle out. (They didn't want to provide the vehicle in the front that because it was a lot of work on the computer). Also I did not appreciate the fact that uhaul employees no longer complete the rental inspection.

Parking at this location is very difficult.
Trainning , Trainning and Trainning about mobile reservation, the customer does not need to wait if have already a reservation via mobile. Also i received $ 25.00 per cleaning when i received it dirty inside and outside. indian school 26 and camelback 44 st always have really good service and clean. Also i need to drive back to take my pick up out. Horrible location.
Equipment was not checked prior to leave the facility and was not cleaned truck filthy

The team did a fantastic job. Very friendly and helpful. I did notice the next morning in the dark that the running lights didn't work. You checked the brakes and flashers. Turned out to be a blown fuse in my 4Runner. All good.
I've rented from this location twice so far. There are minor concerns with both rentals, but I feel as though they were properly addressed at the time, and are generally good about customer service - although everything feels very rushed. Be certain to speak up about concerns to the staff, and you won't have to pay for things that you shouldn't have to deal with.
Things get a bit busy, but service is very good. Had to wait for others to return before my turn. Just seemed like along time. I was so tired from moving, it was hard to be patient with other customers.
There were some hick ups with another Uhaul order but was fixed by this location! Awesome customer service!
Have more gas in the truck. It's annoying that I paid for you next customer's gas because the customer before me left it under half full.
It is very frustrating to get a truck that is almost empty on fuel. I had to go straight to a gas station so I didn't not run out of gas, then to try and fill to the specified level I got it at (which was lower than 1/8th of a tank), is also very difficult making it so I don't put more gas than needed for a quick move in town. The process was quick and easy but I don't think I would use UHaul again if this is how you rent out trucks, there is literally a gas station across the street from the location...

The original location did not have my truck, they never called to let me know they had no truck available. I use public transportation so I wasted 1 1/2 hours of traveling just to back track to another location. Very disappointed at first but the 2nd place really helped my out
The customer service was excellent
I drove the truck less than 20 miles. Immediately prior to returning it I topped of the fuel at the gas station directly across the street from your location (it cost less than $5). Upon returning the truck, the employee informed me that my fuel level was "a little short, my man"...I explained to him that I had just filled it all the way across the street and also offered him the receipt timestamped from 3 minutes ago - nonetheless, he claimed there was nothing that he could do and, as such, I was charged approximately $7 for this "infraction". I can't help but wonder, was this experience unique to this truck/ employee/ location? Or are your trucks intentionally metered in order to reap "bad profits" from one-time customers? I have spent probably close to $2,000 with your company in the last month, I am not worried about the $7, I am worried about the principle of the thing. I own a small business that stores 3 commercial trucks, 4 trailers and also rents a 10x20 storage unit for all 12 months of the year. That $7 for "gas" will be the last $7 I ever spend with you. I am not complaining in order to try to win concessions from you, I am simply informing you - if it were my business I would certainly want to know.
Have more equipment options at various locations so customers do not have to travel far to rent specific equipment.
I'd like to inform you that the associate that assisted me during pick up and drop off is a great asset to your company.Â I'm not real sure of his name but on the receipt it states Michael Mason. He is very attentive to his customers. Extremely knowledgeable. Gave me 100% confidence in renting from U haul.Â I've rented from U haul in the past and every time it's been a great experience.Â When picking up my equipment there was 4 employees working, even though the other 3 didn't assist me they were all still very friendly. Thank you for employing top notch associates.
I got placed on hold for 15mins roughly to just be told I have to call and ask the original uhaul where I made the reservation if I could return the truck closer to my new home. This was 23 miles out of the way when I had one 2 miles from my house. Completely a waste of time.
