When I returned to this location I’m walk in to the shop and have the U-Haul sign but no one responded and I have to call back to David from Temecula U-Haul location
SAMEDY SDon't charge people for miles they didn't drive. I had to put down a $100 deposit on what was estimated to be a $50 charge. Upon turn in the system said I drove about 50 miles more then I actually did. Submitted a request about it but wasn't given any real info. So I ended up paying $100 for what should've been a $50 rental.
Branden BStop lying to your customers, I was told to bring truck back with the same amount of gas as it was and when I did they lied and said it was more of a half a tank also tried to charge me more mileage like hundreds so for those reasons I will Never use U haul again.
