There was no Snow Brush in the vehicle and it just dumped snow that morning. No the end of the world but it was a little inconvenient. Otherwise, this self-service vehicle rental is a great idea. Thanks!

Took 45minutes in the convenience store I picked up at because of an incompetent employee that had an extremely hard time with the process. I had to fill out half of the computer application that I had already completed and been given a confirmation and sign in so I literally was told just to pick up the key.. I don't know why it took 45 minutes which put me behind in my time to pickup what I needed to move. Thankfully calling a customer service rep at uhaul online I was able to get an extra hour on to my time so I didn't get billed for it but it was an extremely unpleasant experience in that location and I honestly would never want anyone to go there. I would take uhaul out of that location completely.

Friendly and efficient check in, vehicle was ready to go. Staff made sure I was aware of all charges to be made, and applicable conditions. Return process very quick and easy. The location is convenient from most areas in Pickering.
