Easy to access

Thomas ZThe drop off location is a mini storage unit, which is fenced off and was closed at the time. I dropped the truck off on time at 9:20 am (it was due back at 9:35 am, per the contract). After returning the truck, I learned that I was charged an extra day because the mini storage unit didn't open until 10:00 and the truck wasn't logged in until that time. I was also charged for an "after hours service fee". There was a sticker on the truck that stated we would get a $25 credit if we swept out the truck upon returning the rental, We never received the credit. Really???? I have talked to a U-Haul representative and have filed a dispute. What a nightmare with this rental. Never again U-Haul.
