Your App to drop off the truck did not work. Would not take picture of Gas level and odometer. Tried to enter manually and app said error. I dropped off truck without app and put key in drop box but was very stressed that that was acceptable. Then you charged me for gas that was not true. I called and this was refunded but very unhappy you tried to charge me more. should receive full refund due to holes in roof causing damage.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe equipment, online assistants, and local personnel were very good. My problem was with the u-haul app which would not function until online assistants added information to get it to launch. The app also had links that directed me to pages saying "This page does not exist" on multiple occasions. Your biggest issue is finding competent IT help

MICHAEL KIt was extremely frustrating that the gate code was not provided when returning the vehicle. That is why my photo of the parked truck was not accurate. If I ever rent a truck again, I will certainly copy the code when provided during check-in. None of the 800 numbers provided was helpful. I sat at the gate for about 40 minutes until someone was leaving their storage unit so I could park the truck. Likely, I would still be on hold with one of the 800#s or on the 'live chat' waiting for help.
