You should not make people pay rental fees for 2 day usage. I only needed it for 24hrs not 48. So paying almost 500 bucks was insane to me.

No place to park. Had to turn around with a trailer on a narrow one way road which was nearly impossible. Staff was not helpful.
Joel DThis location was also changed from what I had selected. An email sent earlier said I had agreed to this new drop-off location but I was never contacted. I did not feel safe in this particular location. My return date was on Sunday, and I had checked their information online and it said they were open until noon. When I arrived the sign on the door said it was closed Saturday and Sunday. I unhitched the trailer, took pictures and left it parked there. I received an email on Monday that my trailer had not been returned yet and asked if I wanted to extend. I called U-Haul customer service listed on the email and she called this location and had it checked in and I received a confirmation email.
Richard SI had to wait over an hour for service, and then they gave me a different trailer than what they put on the contract (which I didn't notice), which as you can imagine caused serious issues on the back end. More on that below.
Daniel VThe rental place in Minnesota was not ready for the pick up. I also did not get the additional requests for my move. The wheeled device I needed to move heavy furniture was not available.
