Stephanie BPlease get this poor elderly lady some help. She was overwhelmed. We had to return multiple times to pick up the rental due to lack of communication and poor management. She said she did not even have time to call me back to confirm my reservation. Worst experience I've had with any rental of any kind. Area manager attempted to help with my issues but the delays obliterated my schedule and delayed my progress by several hours. Would not recommend this location to anyone with any intentions of being treated if they were also on a schedule, or as a guest . Zero business acumen.
