During my transaction with the GM, she sneezed into a visibly dirty rag and did not wash her hands or use sanitizer before handing my license back to me, this is disgusting at any time let alone during a pandemic. When I asked if she had any sanitizer available she looked at me like I was nuts. The only person wearing a mask at this site was the janitor. I tried using the mobile service to avoid this sort of thing but the servers were overloaded. I gave two stars because the service itself was not an issue, but I hope the staff gets their act together before students start using this location to move in come August, or a lot of people could wind up sick.
Similar to other reviews, I had a terrible experience at this location. I am giving it two stars simply because the truck was clean and functional. But the customer service is absolutely terrible. The two women working here are so unbelievably rude and condescending. The online pickup system is a joke and I had to re-enter all my information in the lot, including a picture of my passport which I just luckily happened to have on hand. I spent an additional half hour at the lot just trying to get the van. U-Haul needs to take control of this location through either new management or hiring new employees. The people presently working there were so dismissive and treated me like I was an asshole for requiring the use of their customer service (aka their job). Anytime I asked a question, I was met with snide remarks and useless information. This added so much unnecessary frustration to my day. I will NEVER return to this location.

Bad customer service
Sherri at this location was not friendly and not very helpful. I also completely booked online and typed in all of my information online but still they still asked me for all of this information and therefore had to essentially repeat the online process in store and it took almost 30 minutes when i should have walked in and grabbed the keys. This set back my moving day a lot.
The woman who helped me file my paperwork was very rude and talked down to me and my family. I was unaware that she had given me the key to the wrong van so I just went to the van my key was assigned to. She came out yelling at us like we were stupid for loading our tools, etc. into the incorrect van. She asked me if I would be leaving my car there and I said yes, prior to realizing the van only held two passengers and in total there were three of us. She rudely said to us, "How will you leave your car here if there are only two seats in the van?" Of course, someone in my party would have to drive my car behind us, but we were unaware that there were only two seats at the time of this encounter so her excessive rudeness was unnecessary. This was my first time renting a u-haul or driving a vehicle of this type. Having these flustering and stressful interactions with this woman prior to driving the vehicle left me in a headspace that was not ideal for driving a rental truck. I needed a few minutes to cool down before I could safely drive. I understand that there are rules and this woman is responsible for making sure they're followed, but I have worked in customer service for years and there is a way in which you should speak to and interact with customers. She was not doing that. We were not breaking any rules, there was a mistake regarding the keys and a misunderstanding about the size of the van. These issues could be easily cleared but while she spoke down to us and stared at us while we sorted out the issues tensions rose. We didn't need to talked to that way. The van was clean and drove very well, I have no issues with the product, simply the customer service. I would not recommend this location to a friend purely based on my interpersonal interactions with the staff member.
Was going to use app but the cell phone service was trash. This would have been an issue if I had picked up during off-hours. Luckily there was a nice lady to help. My carrier is verizon. Not sure how to fix this other than offering free wifi hotspots.
The customer service was horrible. The lady that took care of me was very rude and very condescending. I had call prior to making my reservation to ensure there was off street parking so that I could leave my vehicle safely. I was told there was off street parking and when I got there she told me there was not and if I wanted to park it would have to be on the street. When I came back to my car it had been side swiped. Very unhappy with the service all the way around.

Location was tough to get too
Overall pleasant experience. The agent was courteous and efficient, knew what she was doing, both at pick-up and drop-off. Next time I need a truck or van, I will be back.
Employee was very rude and unpleasant. Honestly have used his location on multiple occasions and she is constantly rude and nasty.
Customer service rep shouldn't be brusque. Please and thank you are always nice.
The app takes way to long
Very poor customer service at this location. Credit card system was not working when I was trying to complete rental of truck. General Manager offered no solution to complete rental other than pay in cash, which I didn't have with me. When the card system is down, the proper customer service is to offer a simple workaround (i.e. take a picture of license and credit card). The GM also said since I had started the rental check-out online, there was no way she could complete the rental. This is not acceptable. The GM was also rude and made us feel it was our fault the rental couldn't be completed. When returning the truck, one of the U-Haul associated got into an argument with a customer and used unacceptable profanity in front of my young daughter. Will not rent from U-Haul again.
Check in person was rude and made me not to even follow through with my rental. Will never come to this location again. Truck was clean and updated

The process for picking up the truck online wasn't user friendly and the staff at the location wasn't helpful. Also the staff was super rude.
very rude customer service that didn't make the rental process easy or enjoyable. the biggest problem was that there was no parking, and I was not notified in advance that I couldn't keep my car on the property.
It was really hard to find the entrance and locate the numbering on the trucks due to how they are parked- I think it would be helpful to have more photos on the website clearly showing the entrance and where the truck numbers can be found.
