This location had the audacity to try to charge me for stuff after I drop there dirty truck off..I’ve disputed these charges and put in a complaint to the area field manager based on the fact that that truck was filthy when I got the truck and the picture shows exactly how dirty the truck originally was when I got it.. also when I got there the lady didn’t even want to help me she didn’t even want me parking my car on there lot to come pickup the keys I was told I have to do everything on my phone and get the key out of the lock box myself.. I dropped the truck off the same day around 9pm… I didn’t pickup the truck until around 3-4 and even though I had it reserved for 24 hrs I dropped it off early because I knew something like this would happen this location is not friendly to black people.. this location is just trying to squeeze extra funds out of me and it will not work… I had a feeling something like this would happen based on the treatment I received there.. I will not give another single dime for that filthy truck..

Christian PThe simple fact that I returned this U-Haul with a full tank and I was still charged $38.00 without knowledge is a scam. I returned this unhaul at a full tank and I have proof! And then all of a sudden I get a receipt for 3/4 of a tank. DOM GULF YOUR DISGUSTING AND I WILL BE CONTACTING YOU VERY SOON AND MY BANK ACCOUNT. I know for a fact I returned that U-Haul with a full tank I literally left back out and went to the gas station right up the street since NONE OF YOURS worked!
