Truck didn't have a ramp and I was not aware of that before I started loading boxes in the truck. It took three people to get the dryer on/off the truck. The location was very helpful and accommodating. I had thought I extended rentals for a 3rd but was doing something incorrect. They messaged to make me aware of the issue.
