The app said to go inside to collect my keys. The doors were locked and nobody was there. I called Uhaul and they couldn’t get anyone either. We waited an hour (past our pickup time) before someone showed up Very unprofessional when time is limited.

Very quick and efficient pick up.
William MI had to return the truck back to the rental place because it has excessive play/shake in the steering wheel. I wasn't able to drive more than 40 miles/ hr.
VICTOR TNot who I booked with originally and U-Haul is not transparent on charging to for the miles on top of the daily rate. When you need something in a pinch it’s misleading to see just a daily rate and then a hefty bill.
