I purposely reserved a 10' Uhaul at a Uhaul dealer. The night before pick up, I received a phone call changing my pick up location to an auto shop. I don't understand why my pick up location was changed when I reserved that location well in advance. Also, when my husband went for pick up there was no one to assist with pick up instructions. I received calls from Lou, owner of garage but he was not present and my husband had to call Uhaul and go through an entire new process for rental which took another 45 min at least. Very frustrating and avoidable. I am definitely hesitant to use Uhaul for my moving needs in the future.

The guy at this place was a great guy. My issue was its a old trailer, had issues with the lights they were corroded and had to have roadside assistance come. They were fast getting everything taken care of for me
Shirley BLou is just over worked. It took an hour to complete the contract. Lou is a nice guy and tried to get me out quickly but it just took too long to go through the process.
