How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe cellphone service in that area did not support the mobile pickup. It made the U-Haul pickup and drop off experience frustrating and incomplete. We ended up driving to a near by gas station to attempt completing the pick up steps. I didn’t record the gas or the mileage correctly and ended up getting charged in excess for gas and mileage. I won’t be renting from this location again.
Charlotte HThe person at the Cobble Hill location was helpful as I picked up the truck. However the overall U-Haul experience was a bit less than hoped. I booked the truck nearly a month ahead of time to pick up in Victoria, but was notified a couple of days before pick up that one would not be available there, and I would have to go to Cobble Hill to get the truck (a distance of 50 km each way)...a bit of a hassle that I could have done without.
