Didn’t have the truck I needed. Moved me last minute to a location further away. Arrive at location no one there can help me they’re closed, do the mobile pick up, check the back, no dolly’s. Why let you rent something with out the promise of the tools you’re purchasing being readily available?

Overall it was great. Customer service was excellent. The only issue I had was my bill. I was charged coverage which I didn’t ask for was $15 dollars extra charged on my card without even asking me. Other than that everything else was good…Thanks
Nauman CI was charged for a dolly and moving mats I did not use and there was no dolly
Gerald BTruck was in perfect condition, except the steering kinda pulled to the left a bit. Otherwise very well maintained.
