Check the back of the truck before your next customer picks it up. I didn’t think to look for my self but when i got to my location, there was a makeshift workbench made from 2x4 lumber in the back. I had to take the time to disassemble and discard it on the day i am trying to move. VERY frustrating. Also, there was a U-Haul furniture dolly in the back that I didn’t rent. I hope you guys didn’t charge me for it. One more thing, my pick up location was changed, therefore it added milage to my overall trip. Your representative that called me to tell me it had been changed, said he would off set my milage to compensate. Did you guys do that?

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe woman who helped me was friendly, but they were unprepared for what I had requested aside from the truck. I had to run through my entire reservation with her as she filled it out on the software. I don't know if this is an error on their part or if it is the UHaul app that does not transfer information well. The truck also smelled of cigarette smoke.
