The representative was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our truck when it was stuck in ice and snow. That being said, it would have been nice if the truck was out of the ice and snow before we got there. There was thick snow and ice on the windshield as well that wouldn’t come off with a regular snow brush. Some winter maintenance would have improved our experience rather than delaying our move almost an hour.
