The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful! My only issue is that I had reserved a handcart and when I called the day before to confirm they told me they didn't have one, even though I had reserved it weeks prior. And they just seemed matter of fact about it, didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Just a heads up to make sure you have a back up plan and to call and confirm! Otherwise, it was an easy experience and I would use again!

BRYANT BI called them and explained but the lady done he looked it up and said bring it here will recommend this location to everyone and for the record this is where I set it up to do my drop off before the lady went in and changed it
MICHAEL MReserved a certain size truck and they didn’t have that size when I went to pick it up. Reserved hand truck and moving blankets and they didn’t have those either. Unacceptable.
