I struggle to get the rental that the app told me was available. Kudos to the reservation team to help me to find alternatives. I needed an appliance dolly and there was none available. I can’t rate the experience above average becas the venues I visited, didn’t care about the customer. Although the reservation team went above and beyond!

GLORIA JI rent 15' and 20' trucks regularly and only use this location when working in the area . They are always professional and have what I need.
THOMAS FI have reservations for recommending uhaul at all to anyone. We showed up to the original site for the truck- NO KEY. Had to travel another distance to get to another truck- NO SUPPLIES and wanted us travel to a third site to pick up SUPPLIES. ARE YOUR SERIOUS? I am not confident that UHAUL has their business together to support customers who rent from out of town. VERY UNACCEPTABLE. The person I spoke to last on the phone was dismissive and very matter of fact- like not my problem- its your problem which also did not make me feel valued as a customer. I am still waiting on contact from the manager and our rental completed yesterday. BAD SERVICE.
