Great service truck was ready to go only took a few minutes to pick up the truck and get on the road. Easy returns no issues at all. Very convenient and the workers were very nice and friendly. Used the U-Haul for a few hours to move my storage unit.

Juan HThe original location I had made my reservation under to pick my truck up was closed. It was extremely frustrating and ate up almost 2 hours of our moving day. I was able to find this location open and with the equipment I needed.
Brittany FNothing in this place worked and pickup took 40 mins. His WiFi was unreliable and we could t even check out with drinks with a card. Good thing I had enough change on me. He couldn’t pull up my reservation even though I showed it to him on my phone. Finally he got it but it said $159 even though the app quoted me $112 and I screen shot it for proof. Scam.
