Sally MThe drop off location was nonchalant and tossed our key aside after dropping it off well before my 1 day time was up and in turn didn’t turn the key back in until 8pm the same evening when my drop off time was 3:45pm. It caused me to be charged $60 for a late fee that wasn’t my fault.
