They did not have the equipment that I rented. I had to drive and get the equipment from somewhere else. Put me behind my schedule.

place was a dump with no one in office. after knocking on work area door for 15 minutes, someone finally came out to take my keys. i was later charged 98 cents for being 2.3 miles over although i was about $5.00 over in gas. u-haul sucks!!!

He was extremely rude and unhelpful as I was trying to explain my situation he continued to cut me off and gave me attitude and he seemed more worried about getting me out of the store than finding a solution to my issue. I will not be dropping off at this location ever again nor would I suggest this location to anyone I know.
