Really I dropped off the truck after hours but the place was organized plenty of parking lots.

Felipe BOnly complaint was that Van rented wasn’t checked in upon return. Service guy was handed the key and was instructed to check it in by office personnel but never did. 2 days later, customer card was charged an additional charge. Customer had to come up to location to inquire on why he was being charged additional. Come to find out that service guy never checked in Rental. Office personnel told customer that he will be refunded but will take a couple days. Customer is still waiting for reimbursement of additional charges.
PAUL DI was charged for an appliance dolly and did not get one. The person at Bayshore told me the person at the other end could take care of it and refund me the money.
