Could not get a hold of anyone at the drop Voice mail was. Full could not leave a message. I dropped it off on Sunday. It wasn’t due till Tuesday. Then they try to charge me for a full day a late fee because they didn’t check their inventory. I called on Monday and Tuesday and got a bill on Wednesday. Call the main U-Haul.

Odalys PThe 26 ft truck had ALOT of damage to the body around the entire truck. The entire floor of the inside of the truck and the ramp was covered with dirt/mud. It took 20 minutes to sweep and swiffer the floor so our furniture could be loaded. This was the worst of the 3 previous truck & trailer rentals we recently rented over the past month. Very disappointed in the way shape this truck was in for the price!
MICHAEL SOffice staff was very helpful and friendly. The van did have sand in it but after I returned it I was told it would be cleaned out. I would recommend, drop the per mile charge, especially for local use and go to bring the vehicle back wtih a full tank of gas, that way there is no confusion on how much gas you need, the amount of gas needed to return the vehicle was very confusing to me.
