The construction was inconvenient, but the staff worked hard to ensure the process went smoothly. Tim was especially helpful upon returning the vehicle. Good location with good staff.

MIGUEL AIt took me over an hour to pick up my truck. They told me I had to walk half a mile to park my car and then walk to get the truck. They could not even give me the address for the location of the truck. The counter person just said that what the boss says and I can't change it. They did not tell me that they can't operate their location due to construction on their parking lot. The staff in the lot gave me a ride due to the rain. Stay away. This is a bad franchise owner. You have choices. There are a lot of U-Haul rental places nearly. Hopefully they are not owned by the same bad franchise owner.
