Work on customer service skills. Work on wait times when checking out. I waited well OVER 15 minutes! Work on equipment. The key had obvious issues, and the cashier was very rude about it saying that they knew the key had issues. Instead of coming out to help like most people should, she kept being adamant as well as rude saying over and over “you have to play with it” we’re going 80 miles and that’s ALL the advice she had. NEVER renting a truck again.
