The CS agent didn’t explain that I would need to use the app for checkout. We already on the road when I received a text exposing I needed to take photos of the truck. The app didn’t work at checkin. And I received a message two days after I returned the truck, asking me to return the truck. I called the office and they said they weren’t sure but if I ended up on their late return list they would give me a call .
JACK OOur pick up experience was really poor. As our pickup was scheduled to a time prior to opening hours, we were supposed to receive a code to access keys. However, the code was never sent. So once in front of the location, we called the number but nobody answered. So we waited till opening time (9am) but the guy in charge arrived at 9.20. Once he arrived, we explained that did not receive the code - he proceeded treating us really rudely, first insinuating we receive it but not read it and then that we provided a wrong number. Upon showing our text inbox, demonstrating we did not have it, he persevered treating us with condescension and plain rudely. eventually we got our truck --- 1 hour later. Also, luckily we took a picture of the gas meter as the tank was only 1/2 full yet we were supposed to return it full. The return experience was normal, thankfully - yet we will not rent there again.
