I couldn’t have successfully completed this move without the help of Diana at U-Haul Storage of SW Portland (11552 SW Pacific Hwy) in Tigard, OR and Khanh of Van’s Towing (1520 NW Quimby St) in Portland, OR. They coordinated to ensure I had all the equipment and assistance needed to move my personal belongings safely.

Judith DToo much computer verification and redundant Id and vehicle verification Booked to return to federal way where I live and the location changed when I checked in. 40 min on phone to change drop off- good thing I am retired and have time, other wise not acceptable
DANIEL PNkt what I expect from UHaul. Phone was not staffed and voicemail was full. Management did apologetically call after the rental was complete and did offer a concession. Even that was an unpleasant interaction of bantering whereby the logic of concessions was painfully negotiated. Honestly the worst UHaul experience I’ve ever had. Shoddy truck - no customer service at location - uhaul app gave impression of this being a reue U-Haul location (which it is not).
