Great service
JOHN D.We were met with professional gentlemen with an uplifting willingness to help with our issues. Although he seemed to have alot on his plate, managed to troubleshoot his problems and responsibilities as well as ours with grass. I truly have no issues other then the last renters of the vehicle left a full haul that was resolve after a short period of time waiting, nothing to much to complain. Definitely would recommend this location.
Dominic S.No one was there when we dropped off the truck just shortly after 5 pm. Two signs in the window said open but the doors were locked and no one was inside.The location's website said they would be open until 8 pm. We tried to call but never got through. The truck was left with the keys and dolly locked up in the cab. I called the return location the next day. The owner said the truck was not fueled to the level of pickup. Was charged $24.00 for fuel. I told him we put gas in and brought it to the original level. He disagreed. I called the main number for UHaul but they sided with the return location. I am not happy.
