Not clear that they support U-Haul at all. I had to walk around the facility to get any sort of question answered. My rental did not match the equipment I cancelled and was almost charged with it. I’m an easy going customer and hate to complain about my experience but this was a genuinely horrible experience both in Utah and NH. Shoutout however to the phone support reps that were easy to reach and super supportive. They made the experience bearable
