I’m not sure why I’m having this issue but not only did i let the employees know, but i also uploaded the pictures of the condition of the interior of this van. I let them know that i wasn’t cleaning that since i didn’t do it

Reading the other reviews I was nervous, but it was the only place that made sense. I had a issue with Uhaul no fault of the employees there, but Charles was about to get me in and out. I would rent from them again.

Marilyn GOlder equipment but still works. Location was just a part of an old building. Computer barely works when matching numbers for people (needed 2 numbers and 1 seemed not to work for me and the guy before me). Seems like its just finding anyone that can hold the equipment without support.
STEVEN TMake very sure that you capture the readings of the vehicle before you ride off the lot, especially the fuel tank levels and compare it to the equipment contract they provide you at the time of your rental. They don’t provide a paper copy of your rental contract but send it via email and you will need a manifiying glass to read it. My online contract showed the fuel level at 3/4 full however the dashboard showed about 1/4 tank of gas. And they estimated the mileage at 140 miles at $0.89 per mile which was well above the 30 mile estimate I proposed to use it. Also the dashboard was showing oil change needed and the tire pressure on one side of the truck was low which it was. So please request a fully serviced vehicle before riding off the lot.
