Barry's Auto sales in Pottstwon Pa. was great. JT's Wheels N Deals in Posstown Pa reservations was terrible. The gentelman at JT's blamed U-Hauls reservation system for the multiple reservation mishaps. Apparently the (system) manages / massages availability behind the scenes and rebooks as tey seem fit. We are in the middle of moving, so the single text of change of location notification didnet cut it. Good luck.

Excellent customer service - no comments for improvement necessary
Jeffrey WReceived truck empty of gas and then got charged by uhaul for gas. Had to delay plans to go get gas and then paid for it twice, once ourselves and once via a charge by u haul. Will not use again.
