The U Haul app is difficult to use. The scanning of the back of my driver's license did not work. All the picture taking was tedious
Margaret LThey said to drop it off at 11 since they don’t open at 8:30. Never mentioned anything about being charged an extra fee. Had to pay an extra $30+ due to lack of communication. Very disappointed
