The location itself was convenient. The staff was amazing. My one complaint, however,was the condition of the truck. The driver side mirrors - top and bottom - were both cracked. I did note this on the intial inspection of the equipment. As I started driving, I realized that the mirror wasn't staying in place. By the time I returned the truck, the mirror had completely fallen off, and I laid it on the front seat. It looks like someone had attempted to epoxy the mirror in place. Very dangerous, as I had to drive the last several miles without a mirror. Not a bad experience with the company, but a scary experience with the truck.
