I had reserved a larger trailer but upon arrival found that unit was not fit for rental. The ladies at the store jumped thru a few hoops to modify my reservation and ended up with a 5x8. Thankfully it was sufficient for the task.

I needed a trailer for a destination 8 hours away. I rented a 5x8 enclosed trailer that was vibrating badly on the road. I took it to the next nearest u-haul rental site and was told that I needed to call roadside assistance. While talking to 2 different agents, the call was dropped and I was not called back by either agent. It took more than 30 minutes to inform me that someone had been dispatched with a replacement tire and that it would be another 90 minutes until their arrival. The whole time that I waited (3 hours or more), I was looking at 3 or 4 "local only" trailers with the same size tires on them. I feel that a local mechanic should have been dispatched to my site and swapped tires off of one of the local trailers instead of calling someone over an hour away. I don't think the customer service was handled well at all. The person at the rental site (Tammy) was very friendly and very helpful, but I feel equipment inspections should be more thorough.
BRIAN ETrailer should have been cleaned off was loaded with snow had to power wash it to use it and I dont think me as a renter should have to take pictures of the trailer not my responsibility The ladies that I worked with were in the top 3 of any location in the US I have been to
