The back of my truck was dirty. The 2 mechanics. It seemed lazy and didn't want to help me with the check. In process, they told me they closed at 5 o'clock. I made it back at 4:55. As soon as they saw me, they started getting ready to close the doors after emptying my equipment out of the truck. They had the doors closed at 4:57. I went up to one of the mechanics in his car who was dashing to get out of there. I said hey can I check out with you and get my hard coffee? His response was, oh, just put the keys in the box. We'll do it tomorrow. 2 lazy individuals. Not a good rep for your company. I still haven't received my receipt online. I took pictures of my mileage and the fuel gauge

Craig AThe UHaul app was very buggy for the return. Apparently I should have just returned it to a person in the morning instead of after hours the night before. That has nothing to do with the rental location who were very friendly and helpful!
Bryan HThe location is unable to check in / out. They were never able to allow me to pick up the truck on their computer (tablet). I had to do everything on my phone via the app. Then the app would never allow me to upload the pick up photos despite trying over and over. So the process took way longer than it should have.
