They were very pleasant and helpful there, even helping us transfer the u-haul from one vehicle to another. The computer generated texts were a problem though as they showed the wrong drop off place.

TOM MNothing I can think of except stop asking people to pre register online. No one who cares about identity theft would think of imaging their drivers license online. There is no reason that your system couldn’t be hacked
