Live verification process was horrendous to use. Took almost 20 minutes start to finish to get vehicle. Screens loaded on top of each other, disappeared before entry, or had failures for no known reason. Ridiculous.

DANNY M.Rented a u haul and only put 17 miles on it and they charged me for 37 also 4 gallons of gas at 5.50 a gallon when I only used maybe 2 not a very good company
