I had ordered a dolly and blankets for the move. These items were not included; however i was billed for them even though i had taken a photo upon pick up to prove these items were not there. I called customer service and received a refund. Customer Service Agent was excellent.

I asked for a 15’ cube truck, I needed a minimum of 14’ inside the box. I was told that it was a 15’, as I was loading it became apparent that the truck was too small forcing me to make a second trip causing issues for my client and wasting my time. I asked about this when I returned the truck and was told that it was a 15’, I guess my tape measure is broken because it clearly says 12’ when measuring the floor. I cannot have confidence in a company that blatantly lies to me as a marketing strategy. I will be going to the competition for future needs.
